Before purchasing

Review the compatibility section on the product page. Some products are designed for Microsoft Excel desktop because advanced formulas, charts, protection, or macros may not work correctly in browser-based spreadsheet apps.

After purchasing

1. Open the delivery email sent to the email address used at checkout.
2. Download the included files to your computer.
3. Extract ZIP files before opening the workbook.
4. Open the START HERE or Instructions sheet first.
5. Save a clean backup before replacing sample data.

Microsoft Excel security prompts

Macro-enabled files may require you to select Enable Content in Microsoft Excel. Only enable macros in files you purchased directly from BizGridCo and downloaded through your order.

Google Sheets

Some standard XLSX files can be opened in Google Sheets, but layouts, formulas, data validation, charts, protection, and macros can behave differently. Microsoft Excel desktop is the recommended environment unless the product page explicitly confirms Google Sheets compatibility.
