Are the homepage tiers bundles or collections?

Each homepage tier is one dedicated Shopify product. The displayed price buys the single workbook and supporting files listed on that product page.

Does the $19.99 Startup Essentials tier include every product in the Startup Tools collection?

No. The $19.99 Startup Essentials Kit includes one workbook containing the listed startup sheets. Other products shown in Startup Tools & Checklists are separate purchases.

What does “includes all Tier 1 capabilities” mean?

It means the higher-tier workbook contains the core functions covered by the lower tier. It does not mean the customer receives every separate product sold elsewhere in the store.

Are these physical products?

No. BizGridCo sells digital business systems, templates, and downloadable files. No physical item ships.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Products are sold as one-time purchases unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

Which software do I need?

Microsoft Excel desktop is recommended. Review the compatibility section on each product page before purchasing.

Can I use Google Sheets?

Only when the product page confirms compatibility. Advanced Excel formulas, protection, charts, and VBA macros may not transfer correctly.

How are files delivered?

Files are delivered digitally after Shopify checkout through the email address used for the order.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. Unless a listing grants broader rights, purchases include a personal and single-business use license.
